Philosophy...

Our yoga retreats take place in the heart of a medieval village, Saint Jeannet, only half an hour away from Nice city center and the famous French Riviera.
Through daily yoga/meditation practise, and outdoor/cultural activities, you will be able to reconnect to your body as much as to your soul. Every session is an opportunity to practise Mindfulness : come back to « yourself », deeply « listen » to what is, here and now, in order to become more present …and discover more and more who you truly are and what you really want in your Life.

 

When physical tensions are perceived and welcomed as they are, real relaxation can occure. Physical relaxation but also psychological, which open a space where emotions and unconscious fears can be revealed and released.

 

To fully benefit from this retreat, you are invited to be open to try a new approach, a new practice, and dive into your own being even more…no doubt that a better understanding of yourself, and of the world, will come out…

 

Level required…

…this is the reason why there is no level required to join those retreats. Either you have been practicing for many years or just discovering the practice, it doesn’t matter.

 

Practical aspect…

This yoga holiday is set every week, from mid March to mid November.

 

To offer our guests enough time to find the perfect balance between the yoga sessions, the cultural activities, moments of sharing with the teachers and with other guests, as well as time on their own, we created a program that lasts for a whole week. This is why we advise to arrive on Sundays and start the retreat from the beginning to get the full benefit from it and feel the natural progression…

 

However, if your itinerary could not fit with this schedule (arriving earlier or later), please let us know, and we will see what other options we can offer.

 

It is also possible for you to stay less than a whole week (minimum of 4 nights stay). Please note that you will benefit from a 10% discount on our regular prices if you stay at least 6 nights.

 

Note: Excursions on arrival and departure days are not included in the prices given. However you are very welcome to join in, if your timing allows it: arrival before 10am, or departure after 5pm. Cost will be extra, please consult us.

We will be happy to store your luggage until then, if you wanted to arrive earlier that day: please be aware that if we were not home at your time of arrival, a note will wait for you on the front door, with the code to enter the house and instructions to find your room easily, so that way you can arrive anytime you want.
