Too busy to meditate?

That might be the perfect reason to start…
I once received this simple piece of wisdom:
“If you want to have a regular meditation practice and truly experience its benefits, set aside 20 minutes a day to meditate, ideally at the same time and in the same place.
“If 20 minutes feels like too long, start with 15.
“If 15 still seems like a stretch, go for 10.
“If 10 minutes is tricky, try 5.
“And if even 5 minutes feels out of reach… just start with 3.
“And if you honestly can’t find 3 little minutes in your day… well, that’s probably a sign you need to meditate for half an hour a day.”
